Let's talk about how you can create more effective nutrition habits! 

First, let's discuss nutrition. There is A LOT of debate about whta diet is the 'healthiest' but almost all nutrition professionals, scientists and doctors can agree on the fact that a healthy diet includes water, a variety of vegetables and fruit, healthy fats and protein sources.

While there is still debate over the ideal breakdown of each, overall we can conclude that a diet rich in whole foods (basically, foods that are ingredients, not products that have ingredients)
